söta is a line of zero sugar sparkling water drinks flavoured with real plant ingredients.
‘refresh’ uses a blend of ingredients intended to uplift and restore the mind and body, including 150mg of Milk Thistle*.
About the brand
söta was founded by a husband-and-wife team who were born and raised in BC. They started the company together in 2016.
In their own words, "söta started with the idea to be an alternative to flavoured waters. A beverage that truly sparkles. One free from sugar, sweeteners, colours, misleading ingredients but also full of beneficial and organic herbs, fruit extracts and trace minerals. As we say - Bubbles with Benefits.”

*Softer’s Statement on “adaptogen” drinks:
We are firm believers in flavouring beverages with real plant ingredients, but not in making specific health claims around what these plants promise to ‘do’ for you.
While many plants have been safely used for hundreds of years to support general health and even to treat specific conditions, you should consult your doctor if you are uncertain if this drink is appropriate for you personally. (Some ingredients in certain quantities may interact with medications or pre-existing conditions.)
For example, Milk Thistle may impact blood sugar in certain doses. For some, this can be a benefit. If you are diabetic or taking diabetes medication, this may not be desired.
